Processing
All orders are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. They accept all major credit and bank cards. Your method of payment must be acceptable by PayPal. Please review their terms of service for more information. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Order processing may take longer during announced convention times. I encourage you to check the events page to see when these times are.
Shipping
I will ship your order within the time shown in the product specs. All orders, International & Domestic, ship through USPS First Class Mail. If you would like a different carrier or delivery window, please contact me within 2 hours of placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot process any returns or issue any refunds. The only exception is in the case of a product defect or damage while in transit. In which case you must ship the item back and we will ship the item to you once we receive a tracking number or confirmation of shipment from the courier. If you are having any issues with your order, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order, and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
Quality
Some products in the store are hand-made and are considered collectable, and are not intended for children. Store printed items in cellophane bags provided and away from direct sunlight, humidity, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
Privacy
I respect the security of your personal information. None of your information will be sold to any 3rd party entities, ever.

All artworks and brands are trademarked and copyrighted as the intellectual property of Decobot. We may grant permission via e-mail message for the use of the images on this website only for review or blogging purposes. Submit your interest via the contact page.
